Abandoned Smallpox Hospital is located on Roosevelt Island, a narrow island, in the East River of New York City. The Smallpox Hospital will be known as "Renwick Ruins" or "Renwick Smallpox Hospital". Roosevelt Island was known as the Welfare Island.
